Cancelation Policy

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances might arise necessitating adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us safeguard the time of our clients and ensures that we can uphold our commitment to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service.

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be put toward any future services.

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.

We expect our clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time as mentioned above. Showing up after your scheduled appointment’s start time will make us adjust your treatment hours to accommodate our next clients. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 100% of the service total.

By booking an appointment with 1nfinity Spa & Wellness Center, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our etiquette, cancellation policy and agreement and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated.

By booking a treatment through our website or by telephone, you are agreeing to the following conditions.

1nfinity Spa & Wellness Center invoices are in Caribbean Guilders currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are in Caribbean Guilders (XCG.) and after taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

1nfinity Spa & Wellness Center declines all responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, illness, closure or limitation of services or any other event beyond the control of the Spa. Expenses incurred as a result of any of these reasons will not be covered.

1nfinity Spa & Wellness Center is concerned about the privacy of its guests and undertakes to respect it. This policy has been formulated to inform all our guests of our Spa commitment to this effect.

You must be at least 12 years of age to access the Spa. The Spa is, unfortunately, not adapted and is difficult for people with reduced mobility to access.

Certain Spa experiences are not recommended for people with heart problems, hypertension, breathing problems, angina, diabetes or any other disease.

It is not permitted to bring in outside food or alcohol.

For our guests’ well-being, smoking and vaping are prohibited while visiting the Spa. This includes any form of substance alike.

1nfinity Spa & Wellness Center reserves the right to refuse access or expel a guest whom it considers acting against its values or behavioral etiquette. Insulting, threatening, or harassing another guest or employee is prohibited. In addition, defamatory, indecent, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, vulgar, or discourteous statements or any other violent act will not be tolerated.
